In 2014, Destination Justice brought for the first time to Cambodia the International Criminal Court Exhibit "Justice Matters”. It had a particular resonance in Cambodia as it used intimate portraits and videos to explore how justice is crucial to survivors of the world's most heinous crimes, and how it matters to the world as we strive together to achieve lasting peace. It also illustrated the daily matters of justice, inside the ICC Courtroom and behind the scenes, to show exactly what it takes to make justice happen.
The exhibit was officially launched by Rodolphe Prom, Destination Justice's President, H.E. Khiev Sophany, Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice and William Smith, Deputy Prosecutor at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
The exhibit was made possible by the support of the Swedish Embassy in Phnom Penh & of the FCC Phnom Penh.
